EDUCATIONAL TOURS

Educational trips form a valuable part of curriculum for pupils. Making Educational tours an essential part of pupils academics is an effective idea to motivate them to learn more.

The basic reason for educating pupils is to let them know more and dig deep into many concepts and explore them

This cannot be fulfilled only with the help of books and classroom learning. To explore deeply, pupils require more and more awareness and knowledge on the subjects they are reading. Such a knowledge transformation can happen only with the help of Educational Tours.

One of the key components of learning is actualizing lessons learnt in practical real world situations!.

This is exactly what our Grade 4 class was up to - Learning how to shop Intelligently!

We took them on an educational tour of ShopRite at Waterfalls Mall to have this great learning experience!

We are darlings of the Kalimba Farms! We guess the reptiles are now connecting with us!😂

A visit to the Kalimba Farms is always refreshing an experience!

Our Reception class had it earlier this term!. 🐊🐍

One of them is that they help pupils to learn through authentic experience and can be an interesting way to explore new things for both the pupils and teachers.

We recently hosted Mr. Freeman Namilonga, DEC Education and Programs Counselling Officer at the CHS Boys Conference and earlier this term, we decided to undertake an educational visit with our Grade 6 class of the Drug Enforcement Commission offices to appreciate their operating environment and processes.

Image highlights of the Insurance Week Workshop attendance by our learners hosted by ABSA Life Zambia, a subsidiary of ABSA Group earlier this term!

Getting our learners to understand how the industry works with regards to Insurance is important for their practical education!

Thank you ABSA Life Zambia for this insightful knowledge imparted in our boys and girls today.

Our Grade 10 Learners visited Java Foods on an educational tour!

They learnt and observed how eeZee Noodles are processed and packaged.

At the end of the tour, they received 3 different flavors of eeZee noodles each!🍝

Our educational visits to the Lusaka Museum always presents something new each time!

Our Cultural club took to the museum to understand and appreciate our entrenched history where our cultural heritage really stems from.⏳

Culture and history play a vital role in the development and shaping of our children's moral fibre in society.
